MISSOULA’S DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN
DRAFT PLAN NOW AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD
Following nine months of research, analysis, mapping, design, and public engagement from over 2,500 individuals, the full draft version of Missoula’s Downtown Master Plan has been written and is available on this website.
From now until Friday, August 1, 2019, the Downtown Missoula Partnership will be accepting public comments at email@example.com
The draft Downtown Master Plan is a 313-page document with seven chapters centered around five Big Ideas:

“Our team has taken in an overwhelming amount of information and ideas, and we have drafted a document that should reflect the values, interests and priorities of the Missoula community,” said Jason King, Principal and Senior Director at Dover, Kohl & Partners. “Now it is time for the community to review the draft plan, and let us know what we got right and what needs to be revised.”
The public review period will be approximately 8 weeks. Written comments should be directed to the Downtown Missoula Partnership via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or mail (218 East Main, Missoula, MT 59802). The deadline for this review period is Thursday, August 1.
The Downtown Master Plan Update is a project of the Downtown Missoula Partnership and specifically the Downtown Business Improvement District. It was funded 50% by private contributions and 50% by parking fees and fines, tax increment financing, and transportation planning funds. Formal adoption of the updated plan is expected to take place in September and October.
